Founder Story
Established in 2018 in the Pacific Northwest, Wandering In Time Productions excels in turning everyday moments into unforgettable themed events. Co-founders David Day and Tracy Nietupski bring over three decades of experience to this venture. Their partnership with the Washington Renaissance Arts & Education Society has birthed iconic events that are a fusion of history, culture, and fantasy,
David and Tracy’s expertise and passion infuse every production with creativity and authenticity, transporting attendees to different times and places. Alongside the dedicated WITP team, with their extensive experience and attention to detail, they ensure that each event is not only a spectacle but also an immersive journey filled with magical and memorable experiences.
David Day
David's event career began with an espresso stand, which quickly led to a passion for large scale events. His involvement with Renaissance Faires started in 1996, and he has since become an integral part of the behind-the-scenes operations of some of the biggest events in the country. David lives in Oregon with his wife, Lizzy, creating memorable moments at fairs across the Western United States.

Tracy Nietupski
Tracy's event production journey began in 2003 as a volunteer in the turkey leg booth at a Renaissance Faire in Gig Harbor, WA. From there, she became deeply involved in event management, taking on many operational and administrative roles, eventually joining the Board of Directors of WRAES in 2006 as Vice President. Tracy's background as a Registered Nurse complements her event planning skills and ability to manage chaos like a champ. She enjoys scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her family.
